VEHICLE & OWNERSHIP GUIDES

Build a measured fleet transition.

Turn an ambition into an evidence-led operating pilot.

Define the pilot decision.

Name the routes, vehicle jobs and operating exceptions the pilot needs to test. Establish a baseline for the existing fleet, then use the same boundary when comparing alternatives. Record who owns the decision and which evidence would change it.

Use the tools in sequence.

Begin with vehicle-use requirements. Test ownership assumptions, range allowances and the daily charging energy balance. Then use Fleet Readiness to inventory the gates that still need review. A high percentage cannot override missing critical evidence.

Measure the exception days.

Record unavailable charging, longer journeys, load changes, downtime and driver handovers. Agree a fallback before the pilot begins. The site provides planning structure and local scenario downloads, not engineering design, a procurement approval or operational dispatch.
