DECISION LAB

Range & Stops

Test energy windows and a driving allowance before checking an actual route.

YOUR SCENARIO

Calculated locally. No information was sent.

METHOD & LIMITS

Show the method. Keep the boundary.

How this works

Effective consumption = base consumption × (1 + allowance). First-leg distance = capacity × (start − reserve) / effective consumption × 100. Later-leg distance uses (post-charge − reserve). Required stops = ceiling of the remaining distance divided by the later-leg window, with zero as the minimum. The final refill may be partial.

How to read the result

An energy lower bound with ideal stop spacing, not navigation or vehicle performance. No charger locations, charging curve/time, queues, road elevations, weather forecast or safety margin is inferred. Check a real compatible route and appropriate reserve. This battery-only model does not model fuel use in a PHEV.

Nothing is automatically stored. Recalculate after an edit. A reload may discard your scenario.
